双通道细胞内信号放大器:DUO773
仪器概况
双通道细胞内信号放大器DUO773结合了高阻抗的主动有源电极和宽波段的电子显示技术。该系统的两个高阻抗的有源前置放大器形成了一种双通道或差分电极系统,通过结合充满电解质溶液的玻璃毛细管微电极,可以测量动物细胞内包括但不限于钾离子、钙离子、氢离子、氯离子的电流,用于测量动物细胞的膜电位,包括动作电位的起源、局部细胞膜兴奋灶、电位传播等。

● 植物气孔开放关闭过程中参与离子的作用研究;
● 生物胁迫发生过程中参与离子的作用研究;
● 非生物胁迫发生过程中参与离子的作用研究;
● 植物营养运输过程中参与离子的作用研究;
● 直接插入叶肉细胞、根毛细胞或植物茎中进行离子浓度测量和电信号记录;
● 用于大鼠、小鼠、豚鼠或兔子的心肌动作电位信号的记录;
● 用于小动物抗心律失常药物的研究;
● 用于心肌细胞、骨骼肌细胞和神经细胞兴奋性电位起源的研究;
● 用于胃肠道肌电产生过程中参与离子如钙离子、钾离子等的研究;
● 用于心力衰竭中心肌细胞钙离子变化及强心药物作用机制的研究;
● 用于交感神经或副交感神经兴奋时不同离子变化研究;
仪器特征
● 有源前置放大器:具有两个包金、环氧树脂密封的小型主动电极直接放置于测量位点;包含有银/氯化银电化学半电极的微电极支架直接插入到放大器前端;从动防护屏蔽罩的放置减少了前置放大器末端微电极支架的杂散电容。
● 电容补偿:A通道可以对电极的旁路电容最高补偿10pF, B通道最高50pF。
● 电流注射:B通道可使用一个指令信号通过微电极发射电流到刺激输入连接头,随后通过前置放大器的输出会是一个输入信号的常电流复制品。可以提供两个电流输出范围:50nA和500nA或通过外源提供。 这种外源电流对于输送超极化电流以稳定细胞膜电位以及作为微离子电泳的固定电流是有用的。
● 独立输出:SYS-773每一个前置放大器有独立的输出,独立的增益滤波或平衡。另外,SYS-773还有一个10倍和一个50倍的输出用于轻松整合大多数数据釆集程序。
● 数字显示:SYS-773带有一个3.5位数字显示,用于监测注入电流或任一前置放大器记录的电压(单端或差分)。
● 振荡电路:有助于细胞穿刺。振荡的频率和幅度可以根据细胞膜的厚度和细胞本身的大小差异来调整变化。振荡的时相要么通过使用脚踏开关,要么通过使用一个信号到远程振荡输入来控制。
● 主动滤波器:主动滤波器上的低通设置从1-30KHZ范围内截波变化。既可以选择从有源前置放大器也可以选择从桥式输出来滤波。
● 顺应报警:当电极电压超出有源前置放大器允许最大的输入电压时,会听到有声的过载报警。
● 桥式平衡电路:减去过多的电极电压与通过记录微电极输送电流相关联。最多1000M欧姆的电极阻抗在两个范围内可以平衡,可以从前面板的10倍和50倍输出连接头中得到平衡的信号。
