仪器简介
WPI公司DAM50细胞外信号放大器是最早用于细胞外信号记录的设备,每一个设备都配备可选的高通和低通滤波器,并由9伏特电池操作,既可以AC也可以DC耦合记录的优势是输出绝对的电压水平,最常用于细胞内信号和传感器信号灯的记录。而AC耦合的记录由于DC基线被高通滤波消除,因此主要用于神经元细胞快速变化的动作电位信号记录,同时也可以用于ECG、EEG、EMG和EOG的记录。DAM50细胞外信号放大器可以作为独立的单元,放置于任何桌面江西操作,也可以通过可选的固定仪器配件将其固定在某个仪器区域使用。

DAM80细胞外信号放大器
仪器简介
DAM80是唯一一个交流放大器,具有的特征包括一个远程、低噪音的前级放大器,它可以安装在微操上用于近距离、在体皮层记录、组织切片或其他使用高阻抗玻璃或金属微电极的应用场合。
其他特征包括:
外部指定控制或在面板上江西手术操作产生电流用于组织标记,或有限的离子电泳和细胞刺激;
内置电池测试功能;
使用WPI公司3485、3484等可选固定配件可以非常方便地将放大器放置于固定的工作区域内。

ISO-80细胞外信号放大器
仪器简介
ISO-80细胞外信号放大器是一款高效、隔离的差分细胞外信号放大器,设计用于在体和离体的神经、肌肉细胞动作电位的记录,其他功能包括测量电极阻抗、组织标记、组织刺激和电极的清洗应用。
该设备是一款有电池供电、低噪音、交流耦合的从电器上与主电源和接地线隔离的差分放大器,ISO-80配有一个远程有源探头(1米长电线),该探头整合有电极阻抗测试功能和一个常电流刺激器,常用电流刺激器可以用于细胞标记、刺激或电极清洗。ISO-80最典型的应用包括测量脑电图、心电图、细胞外信号和动作电位,ISO-80为了改进噪音抑制进行了电磁屏蔽,它也使用了高通和低通滤波器,增益从100倍到10000倍,最低的低通设置是5Hz,最高的高频设置为10000 Hz。
